Agilitus had the privilege of joining an inspiring group of women and industry leaders, on Friday 6 March, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia Balance the Scales event celebrating International Women’s Day.
This event brought together more than 700 people across all industries and leadership to celebrate and recognise the impact women are making on our workplaces, communities and shared future.
Dr Anne O’Neil, keynote speaker, delivered a powerful speech about hope after adversity before joining Professor Colleen Hayward, Sarah Toovey and Rod Ballinger on the leadership panel. Here, important discussions were held around how workplaces can create a more inclusive and supportive environment, how curiosity and open communication are building stronger workplace relationships, and to champion the voices of women in the room.
