Members of our Agilitus team, Robbie Rochow, Regional Lead – NSW, Luke Lyons, Senior Engineer, and Shaun Reddish, Project Manager, Structural, had the opportunity to join Newcastle University Chemical Engineering Society and University of Newcastle Engineering Society students, to share their industry knowledge and practical learnings.
The port familiarisation tour was hosted by the Port of Newcastle, connecting emerging engineers with industry professionals, giving them the opportunity to gain real-world insights about the port and marine engineering sector.
Robbie said, “the team values our relationship with the Port of Newcastle and welcomed the chance to connect with future engineers. We’re always keen to discuss the work we do in the ports and marine environment, and it’s a great way to connect university-based learning with the field.”
