Founded by colleagues Craig Bloxham (Managing Director) and Tony Comerford (Technical Director) after decades in the sector, their ethos of creating a business removed of staid bureaucratic processes still holds true today. “When you’re one of thousands in a public listed company, it gets complicated, and Tony and I wanted to keep things simple. Complexity should not be in the management of the business, just the technical aspects of engineering. We wanted to focus on quality services and building a strong reputation of doing good work; the rest is history,” said Craig.
