Long-term Infrastructure Optimisation
The integrated Infrastructure WA and Agilitus team delivered a sophisticated tool for the evaluation of existing and planned infrastructure between departments. It enabled a quantitative assessment of the short and medium-term demand and supply scenarios with mathematical rigour. The mixed integer linear programming project was delivered under budget and incorporated evolving data requirements.
