Agilitus delivered a comprehensive solution for the Donald Rare Earth and Mineral Sands Project by developing robust project execution and contracting strategies tailored to the client's unique needs and regional challenges.
Agilitus managed the EPC Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase, optimising the technical solution, execution strategy, and project schedule while identifying and mitigating risks. Agilitus has also established the project management office, providing engineering and package coordination, contracting and procurement team support and project controls (cost and scheduling) including assisting with federal, state and local government approvals. In addition to providing essential project services, Agilitus’ project team members will be supporting the tendering of high-value contract packages to ensure readiness for the Final Investment Decision (FID).
Agilitus will be executing the project execution with the Donald Project team in an integrated project delivery team, managing procurement and contract management services.
